Shruti Pandey is a Partner at Karpūra Partners. She advises and represents businesses, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, investors and individuals in commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, arbitration, and corporate advisory. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Allahabad High Court, the NCLAT and the NCLT in a broad range of commercial disputes.

Prior to co-founding Karpūra Partners, Shruti was associated with Chandhiok & Mahajan and Karanjawala & Co. She previously practised in the Chambers of Mr. Ramji Srinivasan, Senior Advocate. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of INSOL India and INSOL International, having been selected for the INSOL Future Leaders Programme 2024.

Megha Dugar is a Partner at Karpūra Partners. She advises and represents businesses, financial institutions and individuals in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, civil and corporate disputes, and family law. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the NCLAT, the NCLT and various civil courts, commercial courts and tribunals.

Prior to co-founding Karpūra Partners, Megha was associated with Karanjawala & Co. She previously practised in the Chambers of Mr. Ramji Srinivasan, Senior Advocate, and with ASA Legal Services LLP. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and was awarded the Certificate of Merit for securing First Rank in her LL.M. programme from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.
